Spark Academy conducts a thorough assessment of the student's needs and matches them with a suitable tutor who has the appropriate experience and qualifications to support them effectively.
Once the student commences tutoring, Spark Academy develops a bespoke support plan based on SMART goals and regularly monitors progress, engagement, and attendance. Monthly progress reports are provided to local authorities to track the student's academic progress and ensure the effectiveness of the support provided.
On average, our students make a 2.5-grade improvement in one year.
